Pierre L. LaBarge attended Boston College from 1968-1970 and graduated from Saint Louis University in 1972 with a B.S. in Commerce. From 1970-1985, he was employed by the LaBarge Tubular Division of LaBarge, Inc. as a sales representative and in June 1981 became president of the Tubular Division. In January 1985, Mr. LaBarge purchased the company from the Corporation and became President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of LaBarge Pipe & Steel Company which he then sold in 2008. Currently, Mr. LaBarge is the President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of LaBarge Coating which began operations in 2003. Since February of 2007, he has also served on the Board of Directors for Socotherm LaBarge.

Suzanne M. Pawlow
Vice President Corporate, LaBarge Coating

Suzanne M. Pawlow attended Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville School of Business from 1978-1982 and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration and minors in Business Finance and Accounting. From 1978-1982, she was employed at the 1st Bank of Maryville and then from 1982-1984 served as the Assistant to the Vice President – Corporate Accounts at William M. Mercer Consulting Company. Her career at LaBarge Pipe & Steel Company began in 1984 where she assisted the CFO with banking and financial issues. In 1990, Ms. Pawlow was promoted to Executive Assistant to the President/CEO where she assisted in decision making and subsequent implementation of administrative actions. From 2006-2008, she served as the Vice President Corporate for LaBarge Pipe & Steel Company. Since 2008, Ms. Pawlow has been employed as the Vice President Corporate for LaBarge Coating. Since February of 2007, she has also served on the Board of Directors for Socotherm LaBarge.

Giovanni Portesan
General Manager, Socotherm Americas

Mr. Portesan graduated from Politecnico di Torino with a degree in Nuclear Mechnical Engineering in 1980. He began his professional career with Socotherm SPA in May of 1978 as a Technical Production Chief and eventually Technical and Process Designer in June of 1979. In 1981, he extended his work to include foreign markets in Egypt, Syria, Libya, Tunes, Algeria, Iran, and The Emirates. He was then appointed as the head of the technical sector of Socotherm SPA in 1984, allowing him to expand his experience into Malaysia, Indonesia, and South Korea with additional contacts in India and Australia. In 1986, he moved to Socotherm’s Brazil office to serve as the Technical Director until 1989, when he moved to Europe as the Business Development Manager for Socotherm International. 1991 saw him as Technical Director for the new Soco-RIL S.A. taking part in the development of this company and contributing to its expansion in Brazil, Venezuela and other Latin American markets. In 2001, Mr. Portesan assumed the role of Technical and Commercial Director of Socotherm Americas, formerly Soco-Ril, which included North America and in 2009 was named General Manager. Mr. Portesan has served on the Socotherm LaBarge Board of Directors since 2007.

César Mainetti
General Manager, Socotherm Americas S.A.
Director, Socotherm LaBarge

César Mainetti graduated from Buenos Aires University in 1966 with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. From 1966-1984 he worked for Dresser Industries in Argentina, Venezuela, and the United States as a Petroleum Engineer. In addition, his position extended to Regional and Latin America Area Manager and was Chairman of Dresser Atlas Argentina from 1978 until 1984. In 1984, Mr. Mainetti was employed by Astra Oil Company and Cadipsa as General Manager until 1996. Since that time, Mr. Mainetti has served as the General Manager of Socotherm Americas S.A. (formerly Soco-Ril). He has also been a member of the Board of Directors for Socotherm West Africa, Socotherm Brazil, Socoven, Atlántida Socotherm, and Socotherm U.S.A. Since 2007, he has also served on the Socotherm LaBarge Board of Directors.

Dave Kersting
Vice President Sales/Operations, LaBarge Coating
General Manager, Socotherm LaBarge

David W. Kersting attended the University of Missouri – Saint Louis graduating with a B.S. with majors in Management and Marketing. From 1982-1990, he was employed as a sales representative with Cardinal Steel Supply in Saint Louis. In 1990, Mr. Kersting worked as Sales Manager with MES, Inc. in O’Fallon, Missouri and then, in 1992, moved to Carrington Capital Inc. in St. Charles, Missouri where he served as President/Owner. He then worked as an Equipment Trader and Vice President for Computer Sales International in Saint Louis from 1995-2001. Then, from 2001-2008, Mr. Kersting was employed as the Sales Manager, Director, and Vice President Sales and Operations at LaBarge Pipe & Steel Company and LaBarge Coating. Since 2008, he has been employed as the Vice President Sales and Operations of LaBarge Coating. Since February of 2007, he has served on the Board of Directors for Socotherm LaBarge and was appointed General Manager of Socotherm LaBarge in May 2009.
